Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Infrastructure Engineer with deep multi-cloud expertise to build a seamless, scalable infra platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will shape automation, tooling, and performance while enabling rapid, secure deployments for the dbt Cloud platform.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Release Engineering, Product Engineering, and Security to improve developer velocity and reduce toil through robust automation and observable services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and support infrastructure systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Scale dbt Cloud’s multi-cloud infrastructure and improve developer velocity.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Release Engineering, Product Engineering and Security.
• Leverage Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, Helm, ArgoCD, Go, and DataDog to automate.
• Design and build automation to reduce manual toil and improve reliability.
• Participate in a balanced on-call rotation and upgrade tooling to reduce toil.
