Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Lead Cloud Security Engineer to join the IT Cybersecurity & Platform Strategy team. You will secure DTCC's cloud environment across AWS, Azure, and GCP, deploying CSPM, CNAPP, vulnerability management, and automation to strengthen security posture.

You will collaborate with applications and infrastructure teams, develop security controls, and drive incident response and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes hands-on technical expertise and cross-cloud security leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security engineering.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity or cloud certifications preferred (Security+, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP, CISSP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage cloud security platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP including CSPM, CNAPP, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and identity security.
• Investigate and remediate cloud security findings in partnership with app/infrastructure teams.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, baselines, monitoring and automation.
• Develop scripts and workflows to improve security coverage and response times.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
