Fivetran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our data pipeline service to build and maintain data connectors and pipelines that move data to data warehouses. You will contribute to code, review architecture, and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid Bangalore-based team.

The role emphasizes reliable distributed systems, cloud technologies, and collaboration across Cloud APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Kubernetes environments. Two days in-office weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in reliable distributed systems with high-volume data.
• Expertise in Java, AWS, cloud-based APIs, databases, and software design.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to identify design flaws and propose improvements.
• Proficiency with conversational AI tools to support SDLC artifacts.
