iSupport Worldwide staff auditor role seeks a detail-oriented professional to support SOC 2 audits by reviewing security documentation, assessing readiness, and preparing deliverables. We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Auditor, Audit Operations to support audit engagements by reviewing security documentation, assessing audit readiness, validating security controls, and preparing audit-related deliverables. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely completion of SOC 2 audits, supporting audit operations, evaluating security controls, reviewing supporting evidence, and delivering high-quality audit reports while following established audit workflows, processes, and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Perform initial reviews of client security documentation, supporting evidence, and records related to SOC 2 audits.
Assess audit readiness using established criteria and audit frameworks.
Review and validate the implementation and effectiveness of security controls aligned with the SOC 2 framework.
Prepare audit workbooks, reports, documentation, and deliverables required for audit engagements.
Conduct audits by following predefined audit runbooks, workflows, processes, and methodologies.
Analyze audit evidence and documentation to support audit findings and conclusions.
Ensure audit activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
Support overall audit operations while maintaining a high standard of quality and client service.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Experience in Audits, Assurance, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, Third-Party Assurance, or similar compliance and audit engagements.
Experience assessing audit readiness, reviewing supporting evidence, and validating security controls.
Experience performing audits using structured audit processes, workflows, and runbooks.
Experience preparing audit reports, workbooks, audit documentation, and client deliverables.
Experience working with SOC 2 frameworks, information security controls, or compliance programs.
Experience in assurance engagements with Deloitte, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, or KPMG is an advantage.
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent is preferred.
Technical certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or related technologies are an advantage.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies, information security concepts, and audit best practices.
Access to a reliable computer (laptop) and high-speed internet connection.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational, documentation, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to follow detailed processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
