Job summary

iSupport Worldwide staff auditor role seeks a detail-oriented professional to support SOC 2 audits by reviewing security documentation, assessing readiness, and preparing deliverables. Onsite at Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, you’ll follow audit runbooks and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure accuracy and timely completion, collaborating with teams to evaluate controls and produce audit reports with high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, IT, CS or related field.
• Experience in Audits/Assurance/SOC 2/ISO 27001/SOX or similar engagements.
• Experience assessing audit readiness and validating security controls.
• Experience with structured audit processes, runbooks and workflows.
• Experience preparing audit reports and client deliverables.
• Experience with SOC 2 frameworks and information security controls.
• CPA/CA/CISA preferred; AWS/Azure/GCP certs are a plus.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial reviews of client security documentation, supporting evidence, and SOC 2 audit records.
• Assess audit readiness using established criteria and frameworks.
• Review and validate security controls and their effectiveness per SOC 2.
• Prepare audit workbooks, reports, documentation, and deliverables.
• Conduct audits following predefined runbooks, workflows, processes, and methodologies.
• Analyze audit evidence to support findings and conclusions.
• Ensure audit activities are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
• Support overall audit operations with high-quality client service.
