Staff Auditor, Audit Operations

As a Staff Auditor, you will be responsible for helping support overall audit operations. There are numerous processes centric to performing audits, and this role will be critical to delivering a high degree of client service.

The clients who engage have high expectations and come with a sense of velocity. It is critical that we meet those expectations and deliver audit reports in a timely and quality manner. This role is core to Advantage’s main offering and we’re looking for a talented team of individuals to support clients as the company continues to scale.

What you’ll do as a Staff Auditor:

• Perform initial reviews of client security documentation and other relevant evidence to a client’s SOC 2 audit.
• Assess client’s readiness for audits based on a defined set of criteria.
• Review and validate client’s implementation of security controls related to SOC 2 framework.
• Prepare workbooks, reports and other deliverables related to audit engagements
• Perform audits based on predefined runbooks, processes and workflows.

Experience working at Big 4 Accounting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) on assurance engagements

• ● CPA / Chartered Accountant (CA), CISA, or equivalent IT Audit certification.
• ● Technology certifications (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.) and interest in technology, broadly.
