Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You will support month-end close, financial reporting, year-end audits, and budgeting initiatives, with a focus on accurate reconciliations and strong internal controls.

The role requires a solid foundation in US GAAP, 3–5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct. Collaboration across departments is essential to drive quality financial insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably supporting a US-based company.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent designation is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform detailed vendor and client bill-back reconciliations with documentation for audit readiness.
• Lead and assist with the month-end close process.
• Prepare and record journal entries per US GAAP with supporting documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clear reconciling items promptly.
• Assist with budgeting and reforecasting; provide variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and processes.
• Prepare schedules for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other units as needed.
