Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced accounting professional to strengthen our financial operations. The role focuses on reconciliations, AP/AR management, and adherence to GAAP, with strong emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounting, fluent English, and advanced Excel skills. CPA is a plus. You will collaborate with a dynamic team on finance projects and improve month-end close efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles and GAAP.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and fast-paced work capability.
• Proficient in Excel with strong spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations and GAAP-compliant packages.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AP and AR.
• Prepare AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity.
• Reconcile deposits from ERP systems to cash accounts.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and receivables
• Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks
• Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts
• Other ad hoc projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Detail-Oriented, Team Player, Solid communication skills
• Proficient excel skills

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

• CPA License
• M&A experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks
• Manufacturing/inventory experience
