Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support GAAP-based reconciliations and monthly balance sheet activity. You will reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AP and AR, and prepare AP disbursements with careful review for anomalies.

The role emphasizes accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with strong Excel skills and fluent English required to communicate across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with GAAP-based reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks.
• Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts.
• Contribute to other ad hoc projects as needed.

• Assisting with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and receivables
• Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks
• Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts
• Other ad hoc projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Detail-Oriented, Team Player, Solid communication skills
• Proficient excel skills

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

• CPA License
• M&A experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks
• Manufacturing/inventory experience
