Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accountant to support financial reconciliation and month-end close. The role requires 4+ years in accounting, GAAP knowledge, English fluency, and strong Excel; experience with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks preferred; CPA is a plus.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and ad hoc projects.

• Assisting with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and receivables
• Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks
• Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts
• Other ad hoc projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Detail-Oriented, Team Player, Solid communication skills
• Proficient excel skills

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

• CPA License
• M&A experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks
• Manufacturing/inventory experience
