Job summary

Amadeus Philippines is seeking a Functional Support Analyst for Segment Revenue Management Flex to act as the bridge between airline customers and internal teams. You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal business adoption of SRM Flex.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or related degree and experience in airline revenue management or related domains, plus familiarity with SaaS and case management tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, operations research, data science, business management, aviation, or related field.
• Experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or related functional domains.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and case management tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level functional support for SRM Flex within SLAs.
• Analyze issues related to revenue management logic, data inputs, and system behavior.
• Communicate complex concepts in business terms to airline users.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams.
• Manage escalations and maintain trust with customers throughout incidents.
• Develop and maintain SRM Flex knowledge on forecasting, controls and rules.
• Support customers in adopting best practices and document learnings.
