Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Group in Laguna/Cabuyao area seeks a seasoned Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage teams, and optimize inventory and costs. You will coordinate logistics and transportation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and implement cross-department collaborations.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in logistics supervision, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field; minimum 8 years as supervisor in logistics.
• Experience handling 24/7 shift operations in logistics and warehouse functions.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and controlling skills with minimal supervision.
• Computer-literate with familiarity in warehouse software and operations.

• With at least 8yrs work experience as supervisor at logistics field (Import, Export, Local Processing and Warehouse Operations)
• Familiar with shifting operations on a 24 /7 set-up.
• With strong personality and can work in minimum supervision
• Above average Planning, Leadership, Organization & Controlling skills
• Computer Literate
