Senior Software Engineer

Technical Leadership & Engineering

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software features and complex system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Establish and promote coding standards, best practices, automated testing, and code review culture.
Build and maintain reliable monitoring, observability, and alerting for production systems.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Identify and reduce technical debt while continuously improving system health.
Evaluate new technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives when appropriate.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer across projects and systems.
Contribute to technical interviews and candidate evaluations.
Help foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
Share expertise through technical discussions, documentation, and internal training sessions.

Project Delivery

Own complex development tasks from design through deployment.
Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
Provide technical estimates and contribute to sprint planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage technical dependencies.
Support release management, deployments, regression testing, and production validation.
Balance new feature development with maintenance and technical debt reduction.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and project planning.
Communicate production issues, resolutions, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
