Qualifications

• : Capable of handling multiple QA responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities and Authority:

• 1. Ensure that the product meets customer specific requirements.
• 2. Handling customer complaints and feedback.
• 3. Monitor and conduct line audit based on standard operating procedures.
• 4. Create visual inspection standard for Operator or Inspectors reference.
• 5. In-charge with the 8D reports internal and external.
• 6. Communicating with related department in-chargethrough meeting about defects encountered in Inline QC and OBA.
• 7. Prepare technical reports and attend daily meeting to discuss the daily performance.
• 8. Conductinspectors training.
• 9. Responsible for production yield monitoring and improvement.
• 10. Responsible for the creation of Process Management Plan (PMP)
• 11. Coordinate with other departments and support for the New Product Introduction.
• 12. Support First Article Inspection for every new work order.
• 13. Meeting project deadlines.
• 14. Manage records and documents required by the process.
• 15. Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complyingwith legal regulations.
