Sumitomo Electric Group is seeking a experienced professional in the Philippines to lead quality/production initiatives in FVI and PCB manufacturing. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FVI/PCB contexts with 5+ years in leadership, knowledge of FMEA, 8D, SPC, and production planning, and are proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience handling FVI in PCB/ FPC manufacturing with 5+ years leadership.
• Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, SPC, Why Why Analysis, OCAP and Production Planning.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented, can work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
