Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Planner to manage a large product portfolio, network, or division within its Global Supply Chain.

You will be accountable for Demand, Supply, or Raw Material planning to meet customer requirements and drive improvements across S&OP, capacity planning, and material resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/statistics, SCM, engineering or related field.
• 4 years of work experience in supply chain planning or related analytical discipline.
• High proficiency with ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical software.
• Experience building partnerships to work within cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to meet customer requirements through S&OP and capacity planning.
• Lead complex, large-scope continuous improvement initiatives with project-management skills.
• Identify and solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and drive change.
• May have direct or indirect people management responsibilities.
• Apply knowledge of global business to advance organizational goals; influence internal/external partnerships.
• Design and implement new network procedures to increase efficiency or performance.
• Manage daily partnerships with internal plants, warehouses, and external suppliers.

We are seeking a Sr. Planner to manage a large product portfolio, network, or division. As a Sr. Planner, you will be accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP, Mid to Long-Term Capacity Planning, or Material Resolution. You will act as a strategic partner to the operations team and various other internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study
• 4 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing or a related analytical discipline
• High level of proficiency with ERPs, advanced planning system, analytical or equivalent software
• Experience building partnerships to effectively work within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to implement communication strategies that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
• Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguous and complex situations
• Ability to consistently deliver results and make good and timely decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced technical or business degree
• Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
• APICS Certification
