Job summary

Talkpush is seeking a Sr Payroll Accountant to prepare journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts. You will research payroll GL interfaces and ensure accurate tax and wage reporting for each pay period. The role includes assisting with quarterly and year-end activities and handling special projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of payroll experience, with strong organizational and data-entry skills. Hybrid work in Metro Manila is offered.

Requirements:

• Must possess a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Must have 3-5 years of recent experience in accounting and payroll fields
• Proven record of working with tight deadlines while maintaining high level of accuracy in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; accuracy with numbers, and efficiency in completing multiple tasks
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and have strong typing/data entry skills
• Knowledge of S2K GL, Showcase reporting, local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations helpful
