Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Sr. Network Automation Engineer SME to design and implement scalable cloud networks across Azure and Google Cloud. You will manage VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers, with a focus on automation and IaC.

You will leverage Python, Ansible, and GitHub Actions to codify network provisioning, enforce security best practices, and troubleshoot complex cloud network issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/CE; advanced degree or cloud certifications a plus.
• 6+ years in network engineering with cloud focus.
• Non-negotiable skills: GitHub network modules, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Azure and Google networking, Linux, Python, Ansible, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud networks (VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, load balancers).

About the job Sr. Network Automation Engineer SME

• In-depth knowledge of cloud networking concepts and technologies, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, and load balancers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, or GCP, including proficiency in cloud networking services and features.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and best practices in a cloud environment.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools, infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex cloud network issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNP Cloud, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on cloud networking and infrastructure.
• Non-negotiable skills:
  Manage network modules in GitHub
