Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years' hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a network engineering team.
• Extensive experience with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei networking technologies.
• Current Cisco/Juniper certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, PMP).
• Experience with routing protocols and SD-WAN/cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete lifecycle support for enterprise network assets.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide network solutions.
• Integrate legacy LAN/WAN with SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.
• Lead large network transformation projects and migrations.
• Develop and maintain network security frameworks per best practices.
• Create and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network with project goals.
• Address client requirements and cyber-related issues.
• Ensure data protection compliance and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Stay updated and train staff on network security threats.

CORE maintenance, configuration, troubleshoot. Performance analysis and enhancement. Network security. Systems integration. Strong communications skills in English, team player.
