Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Sr. Network Automation Engineer SME to design and implement scalable cloud networks across Azure and Google Cloud. You will manage VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers, with a focus on automation and IaC.

You will leverage Python, Ansible, and GitHub Actions to codify network provisioning, enforce security best practices, and troubleshoot complex cloud network issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/CE; advanced degree or cloud certifications a plus.
• 6+ years in network engineering with cloud focus.
• Non-negotiable skills: GitHub network modules, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Azure and Google networking, Linux, Python, Ansible, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud networks (VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, load balancers).
• Implement cloud networking on Azure and Google Cloud.
• Apply network security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
• Automate network provisioning with IaC and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex cloud network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
