Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Dialer Administrator Sr Manager in the Philippines to lead dialer operations, manage schedules, and ensure data accuracy. You will oversee daily uploads, document outbound activities, and monitor dialer performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and LiveVox dialer experience are highly valued, along with strong communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge on a dialer system.
• Basic statistics understanding to analyze dialer-output data.
• Collections experience is a plus.
• Understanding of database-design principles.
• Strong logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client-facing.
• LiveVox dialer experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing of dialer schedules;
• Document activities for outbound dialer;
• Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems/issues;
• Run payment reports regularly;
• Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports;
• Monitor and adjust performance of the dialer systems; and
• Complete other duties as assigned by the markets.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge on a dialer system (auto-dialer operation/concepts).
• Working knowledge on basic Statistics (ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data).
• Collections process experience will be good to have.
• Basic understanding of database-design principles, data structures and optimizations.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Strong time management skills and capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication skills for client facing.
• Livevox dialer experience is an advantage.
