Job summary

MiniMed in Metro Manila is seeking an Inventory Analyst to help optimize inventory health across the organization. You will develop insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support governance processes to drive efficiency.

The role focuses on securing inventories, monitoring controls, and collaborating with production and sales to balance supply and demand, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. The analyst develops insights, identifies risks and opportunities, recommends inventory strategies, and supports the governance processes that improve inventory health across the organization. This role is expected to influence decisions through data rather than execute daily planning transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.

Specialist Career Stream

Required Knowledge and Experience

Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
