Job summary

MiniMed in Metro Manila is seeking an Inventory Analyst to help optimize inventory health across the organization. You will develop insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support governance processes to drive efficiency.

The role focuses on securing inventories, monitoring controls, and collaborating with production and sales to balance supply and demand, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of inventory management concepts and controls.
• Experience with data analysis to inform inventory decisions.
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor degree and 4+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified and accessible.
• Maintain controls over inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
• Ensure quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
