Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer RPA & Automation to drive digital transformation through automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality automated processes.

The role requires 5–10 years of automation experience, strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate), and SCRUM-based project delivery experience in a hybrid work setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant automation development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related automation technologies.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM-based project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to support business process transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM activities, including sprint planning, user story development, solution reviews, and project delivery.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technical documentation to ensure reliable and scalable automation deployments.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and promoting automation best practices across the organization.

As a Senior Developer RPA & Automation, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation through the development and deployment of automation solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, automation development, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring timely execution of project objectives.

You will be part of the Business Process Automation (BPA) team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that support business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, gain exposure to innovative technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through automation and digital solutions.
