Job summary
Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer RPA & Automation to drive digital transformation by building automation using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Role requires 5–10 years in automation, strong Power Platform skills, and hands-on delivery in Agile SCRUM environments. The position is hybrid, based in Ayala Avenue, Makati, with mid-shift hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with 5-10 years of automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience in Agile SCRUM project delivery environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Amenable to a mid-shift schedule and hybrid work in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM activities including sprint planning and story development.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, QA, and documentation for reliable deployments.
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote automation best practices.
