Job summary

Henkel Philippines seeks a Senior Developer RPA & Automation to drive digital transformation through automation using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will develop and deploy solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in automation, strong Power Platform skills, and Agile SCRUM experience. The position is hybrid, based at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) and flexible work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field with 5–10 years in automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience in Agile SCRUM environments and automation deployment.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support process transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Participate in Agile SCRUM activities: sprint planning, user story development, reviews, and delivery.
Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, QA, and documentation for reliable deployments.
Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities for adoption of automations.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and promoting automation best practices.
