Job summary

IQVIA LLC in Taguig is seeking a data-focused professional to help create and maintain the IQVIA database under close guidance. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of data additions and modifications for internal stakeholders.

Key tasks include quality control, monthly data verification, trend monitoring, uploads/downloads, and documentation of Quality Control Procedures. Proficiency in SQL and Windows tools is expected, with willingness to work night shifts in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (prefer IT background) with up to 2 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL – Beginner to Intermediate Level.
• Experience with databases and data analysis tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written/oral communication skills.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Role Purpose

Job Description

• Assures the accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases through input from internal and external sources, while understanding the impact of data trends and on all stakeholders.
• Identifies assigned supplier and database exceptions through Quality Control review and/or maintenance within the file and resolves routine exceptions. Ensures all maintenance performed follow rules and protocols.
• Makes monthly verification of supplier data processing and output, and applies corrections as needed. Assures that decisions made follow the protocols.
• Visually monitors data for any trends in the monthly client information.
• Uploads/downloads data upon demand.
• Maintains documentation of Quality Control Procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with an IT background) and up to two (2) years of experience (preferably data analysis).
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL – Beginner to Intermediate Level.
• Experience working with databases and data analysis tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written/oral communication skills.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Willing to work in the night shift and in the Taguig area.
