Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client data inquiries via email or the IQVIA customer portal.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries using client data trends, IQVIA data, and methodologies.
• Explain routine database processes and data handling to clients.
• Provide formal written communications detailing cause, status, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to validate data and ensure inquiries meet SLA guidelines.
• Follow escalation processes to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain data quality by identifying trends and anomalies and supporting corrective actions.
• Perform basic data analyses and provide guidance to clients.
