Littelfuse is seeking a seasoned procurement/category manager to lead strategic sourcing across molded, rubber, resin, and related categories. You will manage supplier relationships, run RFQs, negotiate terms, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with global teams to monitor market conditions and develop long-term supplier development plans to improve cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for procurement/category management roles.
• Master's degree is a plus and advantageous for strategy work.

• Support category strategies and collaborate with teams to improve product lines and consolidate suppliers.
• Manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and service; negotiate prices and terms; conduct regular reviews.
• Develop and implement annual cost-saving plans; work with Engineering on cost-reduction projects; use cost models to identify savings.
• Collaborate with Category Managers in other regions to support supplier negotiations and explore new sourcing options.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, market conditions, and competitors; share insights to support business decisions.

Reporting to the EII Category Manager, this role is responsible for managing global material categories such as Molding, Rubber, Resin, Silver Contacts, and Fasteners across EII facilities worldwide. The role involves sourcing, supplier management, RFQs, negotiations, cost analysis, maintaining the Approved Vendor List (AVL), developing multiple suppliers, and supporting cost and sourcing strategies. The position also requires close collaboration with other Category Managers and global teams to support supplier development, negotiations, and other sourcing initiatives within the assigned region.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree required Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement/category management and manufactured products.
• Strong skills in sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Experience in category strategy and market analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of cost modeling is a plus.
