Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage global material categories across EII facilities. You will source, evaluate suppliers, run RFQs, negotiate terms, and support cost and sourcing strategies.

The role requires collaboration with Category Managers worldwide, strong cost analysis, and the ability to develop multiple supplier options while maintaining AVL and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement/category management and manufactured products.
• Strong skills in sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Experience in category strategy and market analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, Excel, and PowerPoint; cost modeling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategies and work with different teams to improve product lines, consolidate suppliers, and increase business with key
• Manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and service, negotiate prices and commercial terms, conduct regular reviews with key suppliers, and address supplier performance
• Develop and implement annual cost-saving plans, work with Engineering on cost-reduction projects, use cost models to identify savings, and negotiate better
• Work with Category Managers in other regions to support or lead supplier negotiations, find new suppliers, and develop additional sourcing options within
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, market conditions, and competitors, and share market insights with different teams to support business
