Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage global material categories such as Molding, Rubber, Resin, Silver Contacts, and Fasteners.

You will lead sourcing, supplier management, RFQs, and cost analyses across sites while supporting cost and sourcing strategies. Reporting to the EII Category Manager, you will collaborate with Category Managers worldwide to develop suppliers, review performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement/category management with manufactured products.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and cost analysis skills.
• Experience in category strategy and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategies and collaborate with teams to optimize product lines and consolidate suppliers.
• Manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery and service; negotiate prices and terms; conduct reviews.
• Develop and implement annual cost-saving plans; collaborate with Engineering on cost-reduction projects.
• Coordinate with regional Category Managers to support supplier negotiations and explore new sourcing options.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions; share insights to support business decisions.
