Job summary

Littelfuse Inc. in the Philippines seeks an MRO Buyer to source non-production materials and support strategic procurement initiatives. You will drive cost reduction, on-time delivery, and supplier performance across packaging, tools, and maintenance items.

You will manage RFQ/RFP processes, conduct supplier assessments, and coordinate contract reviews while applying lean inventory practices such as Kanban and JIT to ensure reliable supply and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree and strong procurement knowledge.
• 3+ years of MRO purchasing experience in electronics, automotive, electrical, or related industry.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Time management and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality and low-cost MRO items, accountable for material cost reduction, on-time delivery, and zero defects on MRO items.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP or bidding invitation, and organize bidding meetings.
• Organize contract review and contract or price negotiation.
• Organize and coordinate supplier assessment and audits.
• Drive process improvement to ensure compliance with requirements in areas of internal control and environment.
• Process RTV.
• Manage the capacity of suppliers to ensure it meets Littelfuse's needs.
• Effectively manage inventory by using lean techniques, e.g., Kanban, JIT, etc..
• Ensure payment accuracy.
