Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to bridge business needs and technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, lead ERP initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and ensure successful implementation, testing, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related modules).
• Strong ERP implementation and business process improvement knowledge.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities
