Job summary

blaseek is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize our Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and drive process improvements across the organization. You will bridge operations and technology, gather requirements, and design scalable system solutions with stakeholders.

You’ll participate in ERP implementations, support testing and UAT, monitor data accuracy, and help users adopt new workflows through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or related roles.

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to help drive process improvements, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging operations and technology. You will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and technical teams to improve workflows, support ERP initiatives, and deliver solutions that create real operational impact.

You will play a key role in enhancing business efficiency through ERP systems, reporting, process analysis, and continuous improvement projects across multiple business units.

What You’ll Do

ERP and Business Process Improvement

Support, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications.

Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design practical and scalable system solutions.

Recommend improvements that increase operational efficiency and user productivity.

Project and System Implementation

Participate in ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, developers, and internal teams throughout project execution.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and deployment activities.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements.

Help drive user adoption through documentation, training, and support.

User Support and System Operations

Provide functional support for ERP and other business systems.

Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating when necessary.

Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and operational stability.

Support user access management and ensure appropriate security controls.

Partner with users to improve overall system experience and effectiveness.

Reporting and Analytics

Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights.

Validate data accuracy and reporting integrity.

Help business users maximize reporting and analytics capabilities for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP Functional Support, or related roles.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Hands‑on experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or business transformation projects.

Strong Understanding Of Core Business Processes Such As
