Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst to drive digital transformation across business processes and operating models. You will document processes, gather requirements, and lead data-driven initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation, plus proficiency with BPMN, Visio, Jira, and data tools. Eastwood, Quezon City location with shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• BPMN modeling and process documentation are required.
• Experience documenting business requirements and processes.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Create business process documentation such as BPMN diagrams, SIPOC charts, and related materials to provide a clear understanding of business operations.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support successful implementation and project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Leverage data analysis tools and methodologies to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, and alliance partners to design and develop innovative digital solutions.
• Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation of projects, while managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Support change management initiatives, including user training, stakeholder communications, and adoption planning.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry and technology trends to identify opportunities that can enhance business operations and customer experience.
• Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project performance against established KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend continuous process improvements

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles

Certifications

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BPM and project management tools, including Figma, Visio, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and Mind Mapping tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with familiarity in analytical and reporting tools
