Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ, a longtime leader in consumer goods, invites applications for a full-time procurement role based onsite in Metro Manila. The candidate will manage end-to-end RPM procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure stock availability aligned with RPM and FG cost card updates.

The role requires 5–10 years' FMCG procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5–10 years of procurement experience in FMCG, preferably multinational company

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement results in terms of cost and cash savings.
• Lead RPM procurement and supply chain management to ensure stock availability.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and strategy for pricing and stock allocations.
• Consolidate monthly reports and validate PPV.
• Ensure SAP price updates and system compliance for zero audit comments.
• Support NPD projects through RPM supplier relationship management and timely price updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and EMs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
• APAC region price updates and resolving blocked invoices in SAP.

About the role

• To deliver Procurement results in terms of Cost and Cash Savings, NPDs, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
• Ideation, analysis, recommendation and execution of Raws and Packaging Material in line with
• Procurement Regional and Global Strategy
• Deliver Cost and Cash Saving Targets
• Responsible for the KPI of assigned materials/spend pool.
• Manage E2E RPM procurement and its supply chains. Make sure of RPM stock availability whenever needed

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cost cards and pricings for all 3PMs through research for market intelligence, understanding cost structure of each of RPM, and key factors of price change
• Participate in supplier negotiations with portfolio, and establish the strategy to daily operations such as stock allocations and pricing
• Collaborate to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal/external stake holders, including suppliers and External Manufacturers (EM)
• Monthly report consolidation, PPV (Purchase Price Variance) validation
• SAP transaction and procedures compliance for 'zero' audit comment, especially for system price update of RPM and FG cost card
• Support NPD project through RPM supplier relationship management, and on-time price update to ensure it meets with the launch timeline
• Other tasks may be assigned by line manager

Systems & Processes Related Responsibilities:

• Provide resolutions of APAC blocked invoices for payment release through SAP
• APAC system price update on quarterly basis, or per requested.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 - 10 years of experience in procurement position in FMCG company, preferably from a multinational company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time, permanent employment
• Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week is available upon regularization
• Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)
• Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
• This role is not eligible for relocation
