Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R to support day-to-day close activities and financial reporting. You’ll handle reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany processes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master’s degree in finance.
• CFA, CPA and CRCM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day activities including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports and audit requests.
• Perform month end close activities.
• Manage fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Handle intercompany accounting.
• Conduct bank and investment reconciliations.
• Execute general ledger reconciliations.
• Reconcile fixed assets (FA clearing & SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and clear them.
• Conduct escheat reconciliations.
• Prepare corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
