Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A with a focus on Record to Report (R2R) in the Philippines.

You will participate in general accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. You will review day-to-day activities, support month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and accuracy in financial statements. A CFA/CPA/CRCM or related finance education is highly valued, with hybrid work options and

• In-depth knowledge of General Accounting and R2R processes.
• Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Familiarity with internal and external audits and SOX is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant CFA/CPA/CRCM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform General Accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audits, and analysis.
• Support Month End Close activities: fixed assets, intercompany, GL reconciliations, escheat, corporate reporting.
• Assist with SOX compliance and process improvements.

Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests
