Job summary

Genpact invites experienced finance professionals to join our I2C finance team in Manila. You will handle billing, invoicing, CRM maintenance, and AR processes to ensure accurate, timely financial data across global clients.

We're looking for candidates with strong accounting knowledge, AR experience, and proficiency in data tools like Power BI. This on-site role offers exposure to large-scale operations and opportunities to advance in a dynamic, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and billing.
• Proficient in data tools (Power BI) and CRM systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor, review and update Customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections – credits and rebills.
• Handle email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive key metrics and update work instructions.
