Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Cebu City team. You will design, develop, and maintain web service applications, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality software.

The role involves writing clean code, participating in code reviews, gathering requirements, and documenting technical details for internal teams and clients. A strong foundation in Java/Spring and modern frontend frameworks is required, with hands-on learning

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java/Spring.
• Proficient with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Experience building web applications and RESTful services.
• Ability to read UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
• Familiar with software design patterns and IDEs (Eclipse or IntelliJ).
• Experience with JSON and YAML data formats.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan tasks.
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, document, and maintain web services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following established standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement software enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve development practices.
• Incorporate feedback to improve skills and performance.
• Actively pursue skill development through training and hands-on learning opportunities.
