Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Manila to design, develop, and maintain web service applications using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks. You will work in an Agile environment, write clean code, and participate in code reviews while translating business requirements into solid technical specifications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teams, adherence to architectural standards, and mentoring of junior developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related field with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem solving.
3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Spring Boot.
Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience in Agile and Scrum development environments.
Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
Experience using Git for versioning and Jira/Confluence for collaboration.
Experience creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
Experience working with JSON and YAML.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily Agile stand-up meetings to review progress and discuss tasks.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain web service applications.
Write clean, maintainable code following standards.
Review code through peer reviews and provide feedback.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues and implement software enhancements.
Ensure solutions align with architecture and business needs.
Provide mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate to apply engineering best practices.
Act as technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
