Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a capable Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain web services using Java EE and modern front-end frameworks. You will collaborate with agile teams, translate business needs into design specs, and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

You will mentor juniors, participate in continuous learning, and interact with clients to deliver quality software solutions aligned with architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in a technical field with programming foundations.
• 3–5 years of professional Full Stack Dev experience using Java EE.
• Experience with React.js/Angular/Vue.js frontend frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Design, build, test and maintain web service applications.
• Ability to read UML diagrams and apply design patterns.
• Proficient with IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ) and version control.
• Experience with unit tests (JUnit/Mockito) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with JSON/YAML data formats and API documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan tasks.
• Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, and document web services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards and reviews.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specs.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture and business needs.
• Mentor junior developers with technical guidance and best practices.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate to adopt development best practices and act as client touchpoint.
