Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web service applications using Node.js with modern frontend frameworks. You will contribute to API design, code reviews, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field; undergraduates welcome.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Node.js.
• Frontend framework experience: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience building web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Experience reading UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
• Experience applying common software design patterns.
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Experience using Git for versioning and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience creating unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Experience with JSON and YAML data formats.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming tasks.
• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and consistency.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and implement software enhancements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities.
• Incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve technical performance.
• Develop technical skills through training and on-the-job learning.
