Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team in Metro Manila. You will design, code, test, and maintain web service applications using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience building RESTful services, using React/Angular/Vue, and deploying with modern tools such as Swagger, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field; undergraduates welcome
• 2-3 years of professional experience as Full Stack Developer using Spring Boot
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience in building web applications and RESTful web services
• Experience with common design patterns in software development
• Ability to read UML diagrams
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse and IntelliJ
• Experience using Git, Jira and Confluence
• Experience in Swagger, Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Experience creating unit tests with JUnit/Mockito
• Experience working with JSON and YAML

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming tasks
• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications using various toolkits
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards
• Gather business requirements and translate to detailed technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues, and implement software enhancements
• Create technical documentation for development teams, clients and end-users
• Seek guidance from senior team members to enhance abilities
• Improve skills through training and development opportunities
• Engage in knowledge sharing and collaboration with the team
• Incorporate feedback from seniors to improve performance
