Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a competent Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web service applications. You will work across the stack, implement clean code, and participate in code reviews while translating business requirements into robust technical specs.

You’ll collaborate with the team to improve development practices, apply design patterns, and enhance skills through hands-on learning and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related field; completed or in progress; undergraduates welcome.
• 2–3 years of professional Full Stack Dev experience with Java-based platforms like Spring.
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and building RESTful web services.
• Ability to read UML diagrams and apply common design patterns.
• Proficiency in IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ and unit testing with JUnit/Mockito.
• Experience with JSON/YAML data formats and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan next tasks.
• Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, and maintain web services.
• Write clean, maintainable code aligned with coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement software enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical docs for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve practices.
• Act on feedback from seniors to improve skills and performance.
• Pursue continuous skill development through training and hands-on learning.
