About the role

The Sports Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sports facility, coordinating coaches and staff, organizing sports programs and events, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for players and guests. The manager will also assist with the planning and execution of pickleball, badminton, basketball activities, tournaments, leagues, and other sporting events.

About you

• Experience as a sports coach, assistant coach, or sports program coordinator
• Proven ability to organize and manage sports events, tournaments, and activities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, facility operations, and customer concerns
• Passion for sports and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Pickleball experience is highly preferred
