Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking a Sanctioned-Party List (SPL) Screening Analyst to support Compliance/Export Control & Sanctions. You will conduct SPL screenings, document results, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders within defined SLAs.

The role requires basic knowledge of sanctions, export controls and related tools, with 2–4 years in compliance. Hybrid work setup and growth opportunities are available within a global automotive leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Relations / Trade Compliance or comparable qualification.
• Basic knowledge in Compliance, Sanctions & Export Control and/or Labor and Human Rights, and Environmental Due Diligence.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in Compliance and Export Control is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with sanctions screening tools or business partner due diligence tools.
• Export Control / Trade Compliance certifications is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases preferably SAP.
• Proficient in using Office 365 applications; Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Work with Project teams on process improvements, development of KPI and other quality measures
• Able to facilitate team meetings to share best practices, lead process improvement initiative
• Experience in working with international teams
• Understanding of different cultures
• Willing to work mid-shift schedule, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Sanctioned-party list screening: Execute SPL screenings for entities, individuals, countries and materials.
• Assessment & Documentation: Document screening results, rationale and decisions.
• Tool-based & Administrative Execution: Provide status updates using KYBP, Dow Jones, SAP-based tools.
• Escalation Handling: Escalate potential hits and ambiguous cases per process.
