Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is hiring a Business Partner Due Diligence Operations Analyst to support Corporate Compliance, Export Control & Sanctions with the BP due diligence process. The role involves false positive clearing, data entry, and post-completion mitigation tracking.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with SAP and Excel skills, plus strong collaboration with international teams and process-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Compliance and Export Control is a plus.
• Advanced IT systems knowledge; SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams on process improvements and KPIs.
• Hybrid work setup and willingness to join a dynamic global team.

Responsibilities

• False Positive Clearing for sanctions, adverse media, UBO, internet research, and continuous screening.
• Enter BP information into KYBP tool and correct data as needed.
• Track post-completion mitigation measures with follow-ups.
• Conduct sample checks and coordinate with Corporate Compliance and Export Control teams.
• Provide IT support for the tool and user access; answer questions about due diligence program.
