Job summary

Continental is seeking an SPL Screening Analyst to support Compliance/Export Control with standardized sanctions screenings and documentation. The role focuses on accurate assessment, communication of results, and escalation when needed to ensure compliance.

Hybrid work setup; HMO on hire; values-driven culture and learning opportunities are offered as part of Continental’s global compliance program. The candidate will work with KYBP, Dow Jones, and SAP-based systems as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Basic knowledge in Compliance, Sanctions & Export Control.
• 2–4 years in Compliance/Export Control is a plus.
• Familiarity with sanctions screening tools or due diligence tools.
• Export Control/Trade Compliance certifications are an advantage.
• IT systems knowledge; SAP experience preferred.
• Office 365 proficiency; Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work with international teams and drive process improvements.
• Willing to work mid-shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out SPL screenings for entities, individuals, countries and materials.
• Document screening results, decisions and rationale using approved tools.
• Provide status updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Escalate potential hits or ambiguous cases per process.
