Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Hospitality Business.
• 2–3 years in business analytics, revenue management, or financial reporting.
• Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, data modeling).

• Analyze numerical data surrounding non-gaming metrics including F&B minimums, covers, Hotel occupancy, and ticket shares.
• Develop advanced Excel tracking tools to measure cross-product usage (F&B/Retail to Gaming) and synergy.
• Create comprehensive reports on total property foot traffic and non-gaming asset utilization.
• Support post-mortem evaluations by providing ROI and financial impact data for non-gaming events.

• The Specialist, Product & Commercial Strategy (Non-gaming) completes the department's analytical "numbers team," focusing entirely on the commercial performance of LaVie's ancillary offerings. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this highly analytical role demands an Excel expert who thrives on data. The specialist will track, measure, and report on Integrated Commercial Revenue Synergy, ensuring visibility into how F&B, Hotel, and Retail performances uplift overall property foot traffic and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze numerical data surrounding non-gaming metrics, including F&B minimums, covers, Hotel occupancy, and ticket shares.
• Develop advanced Excel tracking tools to measure cross-product usage (e.g., F&B/Retail to Gaming) and synergy.
• Create solid, comprehensive reports on total property foot traffic and non-gamming asset utilization.
• Support post-mortem evaluations by providing accurate ROI and financial impact data for non-gaming events and activations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Hospitality Business.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, revenue management, or financial reporting.
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Highly analytical and numbers-driven, capable of translating raw data into strategic insights.
